Jakob and Johanna live on the edge of the forest in Lärz, a little village in the Mecklenburg Lake District one and a half hours north of Berlin.
Jakob is a forest engineer, who after having worked extensively abroad in his field, is now active in the forests of his homeland. Here he organizes the wood from which Johanna creates her beautiful serving boards.
Johanna is a designer and art historian. Until 2014 she worked as a curator in museum De Pont in Tilburg NL. Her love for nature and family led her to move to Germany. There she makes beautiful products out of Mecklenburg wood and organizes events.
